Refund & Return Policy

At Ultimate Poke V, we take pride in providing authentic Trading Card Game products. Due to the collectible nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Sealed Pokémon, One Piece, Dragon Ball, Weiss Schwarz, Disney Lorcana, or other TCG products
  • Booster packs, booster boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, collection boxes, tins, and bundles
  • Single cards
  • Graded cards (PSA, CGC, BGS, etc.)
  • Mystery packs, mystery bags, pull boxes, or other randomized products
  • Live Rip & Ship purchases once opened on stream
  • Digital products or gift cards

This policy protects all customers by ensuring every product sold remains authentic and untampered.

Opened Products

Once a sealed product has been opened, it cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Trading card products contain randomized contents, and pull rates are determined solely by the manufacturer. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges due to:

  • Unfavorable pulls
  • Duplicate cards
  • Cards not meeting personal expectations
  • Manufacturer pull rates

Live Rip & Ship Orders

When you purchase a Live Rip & Ship item and request that it be opened during a livestream, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The product has been opened at your request.
  • The sale becomes final once the product is opened on stream.
  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued after the opening begins.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the shipping box
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Photos of the item(s)
  • A description of the issue

After reviewing your claim, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our sole discretion if the issue resulted from our error or shipping damage.

Shipping Damage

If your package appears damaged during delivery, we recommend taking photos before opening it and keeping all original packaging. This helps us file claims with the shipping carrier when applicable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet shipped or been opened during a live stream.

Approved cancellations may be subject to a processing fee to cover non-refundable payment processing charges.

Manufacturer Defects

Ultimate Poke V is not responsible for manufacturer defects, including but not limited to:

  • Print lines
  • Centering issues
  • Surface imperfections
  • Factory damage
  • Missing promotional items inside sealed products

Please contact the product manufacturer directly for warranty or replacement requests.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback for a valid order without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in:

  • Cancellation of future orders
  • Account suspension
  • Collection of any associated fees where permitted by law

We encourage customers to contact us first so we can work toward a fair resolution.
